2. Sign project
a) The client’s needs
Letter face should higher than the side stainless steel, lighting effect is full.
The lighting source is PCB (Printed circuit board), not normal LED modules.
The color temperature should be 4800 +-100 K
All wires must be hidden from view either from the front or the back.

a) Sign design for client
Install all the letters on the brackets on the back, and the distance between the letters is strictly according to the design drawing. The wires are placed inside the bracket.
3. Sign Manufacturing
In order to meet the customer’s requirements for the color temperature of the luminous letters signs, we have conducted more than 10 tests with stable light source suppliers who have cooperated for a long time, and finally realized the fluctuation of the color temperature within the range of plus or minus 100K.
The front of the luminous letter signs is made of PU resin material, through which light can give people a soft effect on the eyes. Our workers can control the high quality production of this illuminated sign.
